Laura also has a vast amount of expertise and qualifications in other business areas, such as food safety, learning and development, and leadership and management in the role of a Director.

Laura has been leading a successful career within the hospitality and food and beverage industry, gaining precious first-hand experience and achieving relevant qualifications. Diana carries out all of our barista training.

From the coffee growers' communities to the cup of coffee that we drink, I love it all, and I am so excited to be able to share as much as I know with you and your teams.

My love for coffee started in 2007 when I had my first role as a Barista at Costa Coffee, where I spent the next 10+ years building on my coffee geekiness and training teams as part of my numerous roles to make the best coffee to the greatest standards.

My favourite is a delicious flat white made with the most textured milk - melted ice cream comes to mind. Whether your customers love a perfectly poured espresso or a creamy cappuccino, we can help your team stand out and deliver the best coffee experience for them!
