Q: How do I know if Laura Anne Hospitality Consultant Ltd is a good match for my business?

A: I specialise in the food and bevergae sector but have a broad knowledge of business experience that can be applied to all areas of hospitality. My business clients normally fall into one of the following industry groups within catering and hospitality: full-service restaurant, casual dining, quick service, guest houses, independent hotels, café sector, and catering events. Q: I have a great concept but don't know how to get it to market. Can you help me?

A: I can assist with everything from production options, supply chain decisions, packaging decisions, branding, competitor research, go-to-market strategy, as well as management and operations consulting. Please contact me to discuss your situation in confidence. I have experience of concept creation and bringing new concepts to the market.

Q: How much does your consulting services cost?

A: I have three pricing strategies:

1: If we work on a hourly basis my hourly price will be discussed with you and agreed per hour. We will agree upfront how many hours you would like to commit too.

2: For projects, relatively simple, small and straightforward projects can be as little as £400, whereas longer term, more complicated projects will be more. I do not offer any fixed price packages and we generally avoid templates. Before I can give you an estimate, I need to understand your individual situation. This generally requires a brief conversation about your project goals, timetable, budget, scope, and other issues. If you are looking for a professional consultant/adviser who does high quality work and inspires trust, please give me a call.

3: You may choose to work with me on a retainer, this suits consulting, mentoring and coaching clients. Some clients like to keep me on a retainer for an agreed number of hours so they can call me for support on the services I offer once the initial working period has ended.

Q: I need help but have a very limited budget. Can you help me?

A: Everything I do is tailored to each client's individual situation. As long as your budget is reasonable, I can work with it. My focus is on delivering HIGH VALUE to clients, NOT low prices. Note that I offer business coaching services to start-ups and early stage businesses.

Q: Why don't you list more of your clients' names on your website?

A: Most of my clients insist on strict confidentiality, so I cannot divulge any information about them beyond their industry and a general description of the type of services we provided them.

Q: Do you provide training as well as consulting?

A: Yes, I love training and development and have a qualification in learning and development accredited by the CIPD. If you need to train staff but you are not confident at doing this, or you would like to outsource it I can support you. I can train all your staff for compliance or day to day operations. I can also help you to develop a training manual to ensure your staff are compliant for external audit.
