FULFILMENT POLICY OF ONLINE PRODUCTS VIA OUR BUSINESS TOOLS SHOP

  • Delivery policy – In-person training purchased on our online business tools shop will be arranged at a suitable time with both parties (delivery of training will be completed within two weeks of purchase). Downloadable documents will be sent upon purchase.

  • Refund Policy - The purchase of online goods via our business tools shop is nonrefundable.

  • Return policy – The purchase of online goods via our business tools shop is nonreturnable.

  • Cancellation policy – There is no cancellation option available after the purchase has been made.
