Inspiring Change Through Mentorship in the Hospitality Sector.

Last year, the Manchester Evening News wrote an article about my role as a mentor in the North West, as part of the Hive Mentorship Programme.

The programme is a transformative initiative designed to connect aspiring individuals with experienced mentors in the North West region and is such a rewarding experience.

Through one-on-one mentoring relationships, participants gain valuable advice, support, and encouragement to navigate their unique paths and achieve their goals.

In the current economic climate, mentorship is a great opportunity to help businesses that are struggling to reduce costs and who need help assessing their operational efficiencies. I highly recommend businesses take a look at the Imentor program, especially as they may be able to offer help for free.
